How We Are Working?
Our company is one of the leading integrators in the Hungarian facility management market. The facilities management is an extremely complex collection of tasks, with regard to legislation alone, dozens of mandatory regulations regulate the technical operation activity. Above these for example, almost all passages of labor safety and fire protection also apply to the operation of real estate.
Such multifaceted activities require even more specialized companies and professionals from many specialized fields. Although a large number of engineers and professionals with official experience work within our organization, we can only cover all areas by involving additional companies. Finding these organizations, checking the quality of their services, and integrating their capacity is a complex process, the end of which can never be reached, but it motivates us to achieve better and better results every day.
We perform half, two-thirds of our facility management tasks with our own capacity, the rest with the involvement of subcontractors or as a management service - so operating costs are not always part of our turnover.
Computer-Aided Facility Management (CAFM)
We must point out that our company developed the first independent CAFM system for facility management - and still perfecting it to this day - so that both our own employees and our subcontractors perform their tasks in a uniform system that defines content, deadlines, and conditions.
Real Estate Management
Millenia Facility Management Co. is also managing real estates. In other words, we represent the interests of owners and owner organizations in a suitable contractual environment. Even if we don't make the final decisions, as a result of our comprehensive insight, in addition to technical operation, contracts, accounting, finance, etc. is also carried out by our company. On the basis of these we give recommendations to the owners to maintain profitability.
